Michael Dean Dalton, 26 years old, was charged with reckless driving after he was caught travelling over foot bridges with his Toyota at Broadway.

According to the arrest report, Dalton was spotted driving irresponsibly early morning of Friday at 1325 Celebrity Circle. He was then held at the Myrtle Beach Jail on a $444 bond.

After Walton was seen driving through footpaths, officers received a call. Security guards stopped him and took him into custody.
