Edward Lockhart was arrested last Nov. 15 for allegedly driving under the influence. According to records, this is not the first time Lockhart run-in with the law because this is his 14th DUI offense.
Authorities said Lockhart crossed over the center line weaving in between the center line and the fog line. He also refused to submit himself to a sobriety test.
“I don’t know why some grown people can’t get the message that you don’t drink and drive,” Newcomb said. “[Lockhart] had numerous opportunities, and I think they ought to throw the book at him.”
