Fire Captain Pleaded Guilty to DUI

After being charged with driving under the influence, Utah Fire Captain Joseph Gannon pleaded guilty last Tuesday to a reduced class B misdemeanor DUI charge.

According to report, Gannon was arrested last August 21 after he rear-ended the vehicle of in front of him and caused injuries to the passengers of the other vehicle. During the initial investigation, Gannon admitted that he drank around six to seven beers before the incident took place.
