Driver Charged with DUI After Car Crashed into a Residence in Roanoke CountyA driver was arrested  and charged with DUI after his vehicle crashed into a residence in Roanoke County. According to the report from the Roanoke County Police Department, authorities responded to a single-vehicle crash into a private residence at 8:45 in the evening in the 3200 block of Rasmont Road. The driver of a white Isuzu SUV fled after the accident but was found a few blocks by the responding officers.

The driver had no passengers at that time and was charged with a DUI. He was injured but not seriously. On the other hand, it was fortunate that the residence was unoccupied during the accident.
