27-year old Candice Porch was charged last Wednesday with driving under restraint. This was after she was suspected of killing a pedestrian who was crossing a Denver intersection.
According to report, Porch allegedly struck Rigoberto Landeros-Dorado as he crossed the street near Exposition Avenue and South Havana Street.
Landeoras-Dorado was still brought to the hospital but was pronounced shortly after the incident. Meanwhile, Porch was taken into custody but was eventually freed on a $50,000 bond.
