County Commissioner Arrested for DUI

Tony Williams, Summers County commissioner, was arrested for driving under the influence last Saturday evening after he got involved in a crash in Summers County.

According to report, Williams was traveling westbound on W.Va. 3 when he lost control of his vehicle while trying to negotiate a curve. William’s BAC level registered at .15 percent, an indication that he was intoxicated when the incident took place.

Williams told the media, “Unfortunately, it was a stupid mistake on my part, I let my peers and county down.”
