Columbus Man Pleads Guilty to DUI Charge

stop sign49-year old Alan Imhof pleaded guilty to third-offense drunken driving during his arraignment in a district court.

According to records, the suspect admitted during an ensuing traffic stop that his driver’s license was revoked and that he couldn’t provide any paperwork for the vehicle he was driving. Subsequently, Imohof also admitted drinking too much prior to the incident.

Initially fourth-offense DUI, the charge was aggravated when the suspect refused to submit himself to breathalyzer and blood tests. Meanwhile, sentencing was set for Nov. 1.
