A Slow Drive on Interstate 95 Resulted to a DUI Charge

According to Rhode Island State Police, a man who was driving with two children in his back seat of his SUV was stopped by troopers for possible DUI.

46-year old Michael Baldwin was going 28 mph in a 55 mph zone, which for troopers was a possible sign of an intoxicated driver. Baldwin failed the sobriety tests but he scored high on a blood alcohol test.

After the DUI suspect was taken into custody, the 7 and 11-year old daughters of Baldwin were released to their grandfather.
